Template License

Overview

All PrebuiltUI templates are licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you usage rights based on the license tier selected.

This license governs how you may use, modify and deploy our templates.

Standard License

The Standard License allows use of the template in one single end product.

You may modify the template for personal or commercial use, but you may not redistribute or resell it.

Extended License

The Extended License allows use in multiple client or commercial projects.

Redistribution of the template source files remains prohibited.

Developer License

The Developer License allows unlimited commercial usage within your organization.

This license does not grant resale or redistribution rights.

Definition of a Project

A project is defined as one live or staging deployment intended for a single business entity or client.

Restrictions

You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, share, or make the template publicly available.

You may not use the template to create competing template products.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights remain with PrebuiltUI.

Termination

Violation of this license results in immediate termination of usage rights.
